Did you know that to facilitate weight loss and keep the weight off, women typically require an hour of exercise, 5 days a week? This is what a study done by the University of Pittsburgh found. Women who were on a restricted caloric diet and exercised 55 minutes per day showed the highest success for not only losing weight, but maintaining their weight loss.
