Tamara has been a valuable addition to our office!  Tamara is able to adapt therapeutic massage to a patient's needs, while incorporating a Swedish massage feel to allow for deep relaxation.

Hours:
Monday 8am - 12pm, 2pm -7pm
Wednesday 9am-12pm, 2pm - 7pm
Friday 8am - 12pm, 2pm - 7pm

Chris Hardcastle-Defiebre
LMT


Chris joined our office in 2006.  Her gentle technique incorporates deep tissue work with passive stretching in a very relaxing environment.  Chris' attention to detail is apparent to every patient she sees.  Chris also utilizes trigger point and Swedish therapies, Thai Yoga massage and sports massage.  She can massage with or without lotion and focuses on adapting the massage to the patient's specific needs.
